Is it common in Iraq to spay and neuter cats? We have such an overpopulation problem here in the US that far too many kittens are born and there are far too few homes for them. I really enjoy your blog and all the great pictures of your cats and the other pictures you find. I have 9 cats myself! (All spayed and neutered!)
