Proverbs
Hello,
These are some proverbs that I vound:
*When you were born, you were crying and everyone around you was smilling. Live your life so that when you die, you're the one who is smilling and everyone around you is crying
*I give you all my love because I truly love you, but I can't give you my soul and my heart because you'll just break it apart.
I hope you like it.
Bye
Raghda

In my little town in Northern California people who work with the dying sometimes sing a song based on your first proverb. It has a pretty tune. Your cats are lovely. My daughter just got a kitten who looks very like your fluffy. Be well..

Raghda, I enjoy proverbs, too. Proverbs can sometimes be difficult to understand, but they all serve to teach lessons to the listener. I have a proverb for you:
A wise man is he that knows fulfillment in life comes not from power or riches, but rather from the giving of joy and love to others.

Ragda, my name is Beth and I live in Fort Lauderdale, Florida (USA). By accident I came upon your blogs and I am so amazed and proud of you that I had to write to you. I have read each and every blog that you have posted. You are an amazing, strong, and very smart girl. I really hope that you do not think the Americans in your country are there to harm your people. We all just want the Iraqi people to be safe and free. I do not have any children but if I did I would want them to be just like you. I will keep reading your blogs because they are fascinating - and so are you!
All my love to you, your family, and all Iraqi people.

Hi Raghda,
My name is Shari and I live in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States. I printed out a picture of your cats to show my baby. She is learning to speak, and we don't have a cat, so I am borrowing yours!
My favorite proverb is Japanese:
Darkness reigns at the foot of the lighthouse.

Dear Raghda:
I´m Audrey, from Brazil. I´m 34 and I work at the Education Boarder with disabled people and children with special needings.
It´s just great to learn about you and your country by seeing the things that you love. And I really like the way you write and share your opinions. Thanks for that. I love nature in all forms - but I secretly think that there must be a "special" bond conecting us, cat's friends. Love, Audrey

Hi I appreciate your blog. Keep up the good work. I read about your father's car window and I do believe you can be compensated by the American Government. As soldiers we are trained to bust the window in case the door handle is booby trapped. I know that your father meant no harm and so do you, but the situation in Baghdad, with soldiers losing there lives in situations like that, they were trying to protect themselves and other people by doing what they did.

Hello Raghda,
I have been watching your blog, but recently have had no time to post. I love seeing your new kittens, I bet they are so soft. Also the proverbs you have chosen are very thoughful.
Here is one for you---Love is not Love, until its given away.
I bet you give lots of love away to those kitty's, your family and friends. It shows in your writings on this blog.
Stay sweet and cat loving,
I will too,

Raghda,
I have been checking out your blog for about a year now,( I posted a message here a long time ago, but not lately) and it always makes me smile and feel a bit happier than I did before!
I love your proverbs, they are great ideas to think about.
I also want you to know that I sometimes teach kids about your age ( here in New York) from all over the world, how to write better in English, and I can say as a teacher that your English writing is really great, and improving all the time, so be proud of yourself!
I'm hoping you will have some fun on your school vacation this summer!
Love to you,
Sue in New York

Salaam Raghda...thank you for sharing your cats and life as you are experiencing it with us. Your writing ability and photographic eye are true gifts. I have added your blog to my favorites because of the beauty you add to this world.
There is a proverb which I recall originates in Turkey, that: "Those who love cats have a strong faith".
My highest regards to you and your exceptional family. Until next time,
In Peace,
Alexandra - currently in Canada

Consider:
The missing element in every human 'solution' is
an accurate definition of the creature.
The way we define 'human' determines our view
of self, others, relationships, institutions, life, and
future. Important? Only the Creator who made us
in His own image is qualified to define us accurately.
Choose wisely...there are results.
Human is earth's Choicemaker. Psalm 25:12 He is by
nature and nature's God a creature of Choice - and of
Criteria. Psalm 119:30,173 His unique and definitive
characteristic is, and of Right ought to be, the natural
foundation of his environments, institutions, and re-
spectful relations to his fellow-man. Thus, he is orien-
ted to a Freedom whose roots are in the Order of the
universe. SELAH
"Got Criteria?" See Psalm 119:1-176
